This oversize cardigan is great for fall layering. It has a dandelion poof screen printed on the back, and a little hot air balloon applique. This cardigan is meant to be worn open, but there is plenty of material to wrap around. The material is stretch terrycloth with red, black, white, blue, and yellow stripes. All seams are serged and all hems are given the appropriate finish.
